Sao Paolo? & James Corner

Looking into flights to Santiago, I came upon a great deal with a one-day layover in Sao Paolo.  I would need a $100 visa to enter Brazil, but since the savings in airfare are roughly $250 it still pans out.  Looking into Brazilian architecture - I think the best way to see a city in one day is to roam its streets and see some of its cherished structures - (http://www.thecoolist.com/brazilian-architecture-10-breathtaking-modern-monuments/)
I was reminded of course of Oscar Niemeyer,
(check out architectural photographer Leonardo Finotti http://leonardofinotti.com/projects/filter/country/brazil)

I also learned about a Roberto Burle Marx (a landscape architect)
and that reminded me of James Corner (the guy who designed the High Line in New York).
